Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Martinsburg, WV Area (Must live within 150 miles)

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,400

Top Earners:

$1,500 – $1,600/week

Mileage:

2,000 – 2,400 miles per week

Pay Scale:

3–12 Months: $0.60 CPM
13–24 Months: $0.62 CPM
2–5 Years: $0.63 CPM
5+ Years: $0.64 CPM

Additional Pay:

Stop Pay: $15 (after 1st stop)
Detention: $15/hour (after 4 hours)
Layover: $100 (after 24 hours)

💸 BONUSES

Consistent high earnings based on steady freight (no formal bonus structure listed)

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight:

Dry van freight (paper products + occasional liquid loads)

Route Type:

Dedicated OTR

Freight Handling:

No-touch freight

Load Types:

Preloaded freight
Live load / unload (1–2 hours avg)

Additional Info:

~3 loads per week
Runs stay east of I-35
Consistent, predictable freight
Tanker endorsement required (company reimburses within 90 days)

🏠 HOME TIME

Out 2 weeks
Home 2 days

⚠️ All shifts required (days, nights, weekends)

📍 RUNNING AREA

Eastern U.S. (east of I-35)

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 3 months experience required
No SAP
Must pass:
Hair follicle test
Urine test
Must be willing to obtain:
Tanker endorsement (within 90 days — reimbursed)

🎓 TRAINING & ORIENTATION

Orientation:

3 days

Schedule:

Starts: Monday or Wednesday
Ends: Wednesday or Friday

Includes:

Hotel (single room)
